Jake Vaelor is the Founder and CEO of TEZARACT Venture Group, a Manchester-based venture studio he established in 2026 after selling JPC Investments, which he founded in 2024. Through TEZARACT he builds, launches and scales companies across AI, consumer tech, fitness, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, defence and aerospace in the UK, the US and China.

His work sits at the join of capital and execution: backing operators, sharpening brands and systems, and staying close to the companies that carry TEZARACT’s portfolio. He is also Head of Marketing for Matrix Fitness Systems UK and Lead Creative Director for Brodar B.V., and he holds interests connected with CHRGD Performance, Renova Care and Powerus Military Systems.

Based in Manchester, Jake builds with a bias for practical progress over noise: fewer barriers, clearer systems, and companies that keep their identity while they grow.
